Universal laws are unambiguous. All things rise and fall, advance and retreat. This is true in the affairs of the stars, planets, civilizations, empires, energy, and matter. The ancient, eternal truth has always been that given time one age’s culture, beliefs and values shall evolve to a different age and way of being.
